Mike’s teams consistently have executed on quotas in excess of $200MM and he excels at enabling cohesive, results-driven sales cultures and rebuilding and restructuring to create high performance sales organizations. He has hired and managed teams for Oracle, Unisys, TeleTech, Startek, small-start up to large companies for both IT and BPO organizations. Mike’s knowledge, experience and industry contacts help him to recruit leading sales people and build high performing sales organizations. He has been successful in many markets such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eLearning, and Business Intelligence (BI) markets.
